Citrus is in season now and my very favorite Meyer lemons have hit the grocery stores in the area.

 These beauties will be ready in about a month and will last about 6 months refrigerated OR they can be successfully frozen!

  1. I have a HUGE Meyer lemon tree in my garden here in SMA where I can pluck a lemon whenever I want one! How lucky am I? Right now the peach tree is covered in blossoms. I'm waiting to see how many peaches I get later in the year. Oh, so much to do with peaches as well!
